Our booking conditions

All prices are per room excluding visitor’s tax of €4.80 per person per day (from the age of 15). The local tax will therefore be charged additionally!
The price includes a rich breakfast buffet and the use of our sauna area.
The single room surcharge is €5 per day.
For short stays (up to 3 days) there is an additional charge of €10 per person.
Children’s discount:
We grant the following discount for children in their parents’ room:
- 0 – 4 years: free stay
- 5 – 10 years: -50%
- from 11 years: -10%
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Check-In & Check-Out:
- Room occupancy: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival
- Room release: Until 10:00 AM on the day of departure
Room cleaning:
Once or twice a week (usually Wednesdays and Saturdays) we do not offer room cleaning – for the sake of the environment. We would like to thank you for your understanding and your contribution to the Stubai nature!
Parking:
Free parking directly in front of the house.
Dogs:
on request!

Payment options:
You can pay in cash, with EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). You are welcome to pay your room bill in the morning from 7:30 to 10:00.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival.
  Withdrawal by the contracting party: The accommodation contract can be terminated by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee up to 8 weeks before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
- Outside the period specified above, withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
  - 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the arrangement price
  - 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the arrangement price
  - 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the arrangement price
  - In the last week before arrival: 90% of the arrangement price

Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
