This may also include bookings for travel, guides, catering, transfers, insurance, events, tours, vouchers including customer creation, billing and their verification (B2B, B2C, FIT), and ticket bookings.

This data is therefore stored and processed by us for these purposes and, if necessary, transferred to third parties with whom we cooperate in order to provide the most effective and best possible service for our guests - this may also include service providers in third countries as order processors, software and agency service providers.

We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

The legal bases for these data processing operations are:

- the fulfillment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you,
- consents obtained from you,

- our legitimate interests (e.g. improving our customer service, including in the area of direct advertising, or safeguarding our own legal interests).

The duration of the storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents given by you, furthermore the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us. We emphasize that in the case of regular cooperation for our best possible customer service, we strive to know your customer requests already communicated to us so well that we can satisfy you continuously and permanently.

The data of your account will only be transmitted via an encrypted internet connection (https). We assume no liability for the loss of data or access to your data by third parties if we have complied with the security measures required by the state of the art.

Contact details in business transactions

Billing data and contract processing data are stored in accordance with the statutory periods and deleted or anonymized after up to seven years. This data is passed on to the corresponding order processors for this purpose.

Your personal data may be transferred by us to order processors (e.g. for the legally required registration with the tourism association) as well as to third parties who need to be involved in the provision of the services you have requested, all of whom have committed themselves to us to comply with the applicable data protection standards.

If compliance with European data protection standards is not possible - for example, because standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or certifications are not guaranteed in the specific case - we will inform you in good time and also obtain the necessary consents from you. For further information, please feel free to contact us.

Linking social media via graphic or text link

We also promote presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents the automatic establishment of a connection to the respective server of the social network when a website with a social media advertisement is called up in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic will the user be redirected to the service of the respective social network.

After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out here that processing of the data collected in this way takes place in the USA.

This is initially data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into his user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the specific visit of the user to the personal account of the user. If the user interacts via a "Share" button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user's personal user account and may be published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to his user account, he must log out before clicking on the graphic. In addition, it is possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.
