In the small, fine spa area of our B&B Hotel in the heart of Neustift in the Stubaital, you can enjoy soothing warmth in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whether in the sauna, in the steam bath or in the infrared cabin – here you can take a deep breath and recharge your batteries. The gentle deep heat relaxes your muscles and ensures noticeable well-being.
And if you want to treat yourself to a little sun, you will find a comfortably warm spot in the solarium.
Sauna
In the sauna at around 90 °C, you can sweat freely and relax your muscles.
Steam Bath
The steam bath at around 45 °C cares for the skin and respiratory tract with soothing moisture.
Infrared Cabin
The infrared cabin with gentle deep heat at 40 °C promotes blood circulation and loosens tension.
Solarium
The solarium gives you pleasant warmth and a touch of sun – ideal for gray days.
